QUALIFICATIONSmmary

* 5 - 10 years experience
* Baccalaureate degree + CPA or MBA
* Solid written and verbal communication skills are
a must.
* Experience from Hospital arena
* Interpersonal Skills are a must.
* Experience facilitating group problem solving is
required.
* Strong project management experience along with ability
to work independently is needed to be successful in
this role.
* Strong skills in fostering working relationships
with the client personnel at all levels
* Senior level management experience within the various
arenas of a business including payroll, accounts payable,
general accounting, registration, billing, collections,
budgeting, decision support, & forecasting
IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS::
* Managerial level experience
* Experience with Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical
Arena
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
bachelor’s,
is a CPA,
and has at least 5 to 10 years
experience at the CFO level.
BASIC DESCRIPTION
The CFO will responsible for planning, organizing,
directing, and evaluating the company's financial functions.
This position will approve budgets, financial goals,
and establishes procedures for achieving goals, and
monitors adherence to same. This position reports to
the President of the company. The CFO will provide direction
to budget & reimbursement, data processing, internal
audit, client accounts, financial management & accounting.
* Communicate with consulting teams
* Practice development participation
* Develop & review of financial reports (cash flow
reports, productivity reports, product line profitability
reports)
* Facilitate client meetings
* Coordinate project team activities
* Resource budgeting and client billing for the consulting
services
* Support existing client project teams (when needed)
* Coordinate & manage consulting resources and onsite
teams
* Develop team work plans
* Lead and Support prospective client pursuits. its.
