* Bachelor's Degree (IT related pref)
* Demonstrated experience working under Structured
Project Management
* Experience using a formal methodology such as RUP
or Waterfall or etc
* Minimum of 3 years of IT experience
* Analyst Experience Beneficial
* Travel required depending
on assignment 40%-60% (90% of which is to a site that
is 1 hour drive from office)
* 1-2 years experience with ERP Systems (BPCS preferred,
SAP accepted)
*Experience with ERP Rollout or Consolidation or similar
arena
* Experience with applications development

"BASIC DESCRIPTION
* Investigating and making recommendations to enhance
existing systems.
* Gathering requirements and designing new systems
for sales, marketing, manufacturing and HR.
* Developing detailed technical specifications.
* Communicating between users and programmers to ensure
quality.
* Installing and integrating new systems at manufacturing
sites.
* Responsible for effective systems design, testing,
implementation and ongoing support of assigned systems
* Effectively work with internal associates, consultants
and offshore developers
* Discussion of structured systems development
* Effectively manage assigned tasks from inception
to completion for quality, deliever and cost
* Responsible for complex ERP and related systems development,
implementation and ongoing support
