BASIC DESCRIPTION
This is a company that is responsible for the overseeing
of the claim payment process for all warranty and extended
coverage claims for a specific product worldwide.
Of the key objectives, one in this process is to guarantee
the highest possible systems integrity which would include
managing the process of system enhancements and testing
of new systems.
This position will also include the responsibility
of data analysis and reporting, with the intent of identifying
potential problem areas in Oracle, the Mainframe, and
web based applications.
