BASIC DESCRIPTION
* As a call center engineer for
automotive products, you will develop and refine your
technical skills and product knowledge, while obtaining
a broad understanding of many areas of the company.
* Provide technical assistance to
customers
* Company offers customer service
24/7
* Provide troubleshooting assistance
& product repair direction via phone
* Customers include dealers and
distributors
* Warranty claim processing
* Using Oracle based claim system
* Provide client assistance for
new product releases.
QUALIFICATIONSmmary

* Bachelors Degree Preferred - Not Required
* Able to understand and follow
detailed electronic troubleshooting trees
* Capable of finding root cause
for internal engine failures
* PC experience with Windows, Microsoft
Office, Internet/Intranet searching
* Bilingual (not a requirement)
* MUST be able to type at lest 30
WPM
* Positive attitude & able to manage
stressful situations
* Flexibility to work and communicate
effectively with a wide range of customers (Field service
reps, distributors, etc)
* Good interpersonal skills
* Good problem solving skills
