BASIC DESCRIPTION
* As a call center
engineer supporting dealers placing calls for warranty
support and exchange, you will develop and refine your
technical skills and product knowledge, while obtaining
a broad understanding of many areas of the industry,
company, and the company's products.
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide technical
assistance to customers
* Provide troubleshooting
assistance & product repair direction via phone
* Warranty claim
processing
* Provide client
assistance for new product releases.
QUALIFICATIONSmmary

* Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Not Required
* Able to understand
and follow detailed electronic troubleshooting trees
* Capable of
finding root cause for internal engine failures
* PC experience
with Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet/Intranet searching
* Positive attitude
& able to manage stressful situations
* Flexibility
to work and communicate effectively with a wide range
of customers (Field service reps, distributors, etc)
* Good problem
solving skills
* Self-motivated
* Attention to
detail
* Ability to
multi task
* Good work ethic
* Excellent written

* Bilingual is a plus
* Be willing to work
in Columbus Indiana
* Company offers

shifts other than day shift if requested.
