are searching for candidates that hold various skill
levels from customer service to diesel engine experience
to support customer's warranty issues. Hourly wage will
be dependent on background / skill level.
DESIRED
SKILLS:

Experience with Customer Service / Call Center

Experience with Engines, preferrably Diesel Engines
*
Bachelors Degree Preferred - Not Required
TRAINING
/ DEVELOPMENT SKILLS REQUIRED:

Conflict Management Skills
*
Good interpersonal skills
*
MUST be able to type at least 30 WPM
*
Ability to problem solve
*
Positive attitude & able to manage stressful situations
*
Ability to multi task
*
Excellent customer interaction and communication skills
*
Able to understand and follow detailed electronic troubleshooting
trees
*
Capable of finding root cause for internal engine failures
*
Flexibility to work and communicate effectively with
a wide range of customers (Field service reps, distributors,
etc)
