Customer Support Engineer

Columbus, IN or Nashville, TN

 

We are searching for candidates that hold various skill levels from customer service to diesel engine experience to support customer's warranty issues. Hourly wage will be dependent on background / skill level.

DESIRED SKILLS:

* Experience with Customer Service / Call Center

* Experience with Engines, preferrably Diesel Engines

* Bachelors Degree Preferred - Not Required

 

TRAINING / DEVELOPMENT SKILLS REQUIRED:

* Conflict Management Skills

* Good interpersonal skills

* MUST be able to type at least 30 WPM

* Ability to problem solve

* Positive attitude & able to manage stressful situations

* Ability to multi task

* Excellent customer interaction and communication skills

* Able to understand and follow detailed electronic troubleshooting trees

* Capable of finding root cause for internal engine failures

* Flexibility to work and communicate effectively with a wide range of customers (Field service reps, distributors, etc)
