S&R
Resources got its start in 1988 when its founder,
Robert Wood, left Cummins Engine Corporation, a Fortune
100 Corporation located in Columbus, Indiana. Cummins
saw value in a business partner they could trust to
understand and to help them reach their goals. They
considered S&R a valuable resource. Our corporate
office is located in Columbus, Indiana and we are still
the preferred staffing vendor of Cummins.
As
our expertise grew, so did our client base. We now have
another location in Indianapolis, IN providing staffing
services around the U.S. This growth has also allowed
us to expand our expertise in a number of different
fields of employment by offering professional placement
and temporary outsourcing solutions.
We
plan to retain our original values in order to continue
this growth in the future.
These values are: staying close to the customer, understanding
their goals and environment, and offering our services
at a competitive price by keeping internal costs low.
